Deflect is a free service, built on open source software and principles by eQualit.ie, a not-for-profit technology collective based in Montreal, Canada. Currently the team is made up of 7 dedicated members working together on a large number of diverse tasks. We all have separate interests and experiences covering a wide range of disciplines, though we come together through a shared vision of Internet Freedom and the firm belief that an organised community is the best strategy to mitigate against DDoS, no matter the scale of the attack.
